Sales Associate and Store Manager – Full-time and Part-time

For our new store in the centre of Stellenbosch, we are looking for a store manager and sales staff to join our team starting April 1st.

Requirements

• Strong sensitivity to customer needs
• High level of service orientation
• Commitment and enthusiasm for our products and customers
• Very good language skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Well-groomed, confident, and stylish appearance
• Reliable, precise, and efficient working style with solid commercial understanding
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and a friendly, open personality
• Ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Providing stylish and attentive customer consultation
• Operating our POS and merchandise management system
• Ensuring our exceptional level of customer service
• Confidently leading and closing sales conversations
• Tasteful visual merchandising and store decoration
• Content creation for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
