For our new store in the centre of Stellenbosch, we are looking for a store manager and sales staff to join our team starting April 1st.
Requirements
- Strong sensitivity to customer needs
- High level of service orientation
- Commitment and enthusiasm for our products and customers
- Very good language skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Well-groomed, confident, and stylish appearance
- Reliable, precise, and efficient working style with solid commercial understanding
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and a friendly, open personality
- Ability to work well in a team
Responsibilities
- Providing stylish and attentive customer consultation
- Operating our POS and merchandise management system
- Ensuring our exceptional level of customer service
- Confidently leading and closing sales conversations
- Tasteful visual merchandising and store decoration
- Content creation for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
