Management Assistant / Office Allrounder (m/f/d) with accounting and personnel administration tasks
Your tasks:
* independent and efficient office management, among others
- Accounting activities - Preparation for the tax advisor - Review of cash accounts
- auditing
- personnel management activities
- roster creation
- general office work/office organization
- Answering customer inquiries
- Organizational support for marketing activities etc.
Your profile:
* commercial training and/or
* relevant professional experience
* Numerical understanding, absolute accuracy
* Computer skills
* Initiative, enthusiasm and reliability
* Very good written and spoken German and good written English skills appropriate to the job
Our range:
* Part-time employment 15 - 30 hours/week by arrangement
* flexible working hours, sometimes possibility for home office
* Monthly gross salary based on full-time employment from EUR 2,200.00
* Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, a significant overpayment will be offered
