Our models vary in size depending on shape and material. Please refer to the information in the respective product description for the optimal size selection.
Because our models vary in shape and cut, we deliberately don't offer a standard size chart. Instead, you'll find individual size recommendations for each product—so you know exactly what fits.
Our size information is a recommendation that we pass on to you based on the numerous feedback we receive from our customers in our stores. It applies to 95% of our customers. Since every foot is slightly different, we unfortunately cannot offer a 100% guarantee.
Yes – materials, last shape, and cut vary depending on the design. Please pay attention to the information in the respective product description.
In principle, our shoes are very suitable for both wide and narrow feet, as the suede adapts very well to the shape of the foot.
Our flexible soles offer good flexibility.
If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you personally by email or in one of our stores.
You can easily exchange or return them within 14 days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The shipping costs are shown during checkout and include packaging and logistics.
Delivery within Austria takes 2–4 business days. Within the EU, it can take up to 7 business days.
We ship to Austria and selected countries worldwide. You'll find a current overview during the ordering process.
Yes – once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Should there be any delays, e.g. due to force majeure, we will of course inform you immediately.

PAYMENT & VOUCHERS
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Of course – simply enter the voucher code in the appropriate field during checkout.
Gift vouchers can be combined. Promotional codes, however, are only valid individually.
The amount will be credited back to your voucher as credit.
Gift cards have no expiration date. Promotional codes are valid within the specified period.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You have 14 days to return your order. Simply use the enclosed return form or contact us.
Yes – exchanges are possible at any time in our store in Vienna.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In-store exchanges are, of course, free of charge. If you wish to exchange your pair, we will send you a new one at our expense.
Once we receive the goods, you will be refunded within 7 working days using your original payment method.
Sale and outlet items are excluded from cancellation or can only be exchanged for a voucher.

CARE & MATERIAL
Use a suede brush and a suitable care spray – ideally our matching set from Collonil.
Our selection of Collonil products is specially tailored to our materials and supports durability and appearance.
Ideally, store them in a dry, light-protected place—in a shoe bag or the original box. For optimal shape, we also recommend using high-quality shoe trees.
We work with durable, carefully selected leathers and fabrics from European manufacturers.
If Bellas get wet, please let them dry slowly - ideally using a shoe tree or paper - and then brush them again and re-impregnate them or refresh them with color spray.
